Beds were comfortable staff was nice. Location was near the airport. Nothing else nearby.

We left our bag in the room and didn’t realise until we got to the airport. The hotel driver took us straight back to collect it as quick as possible, free of charge. So helpful!

So farrr, a lot of Chinese tour group, breakfast is worse.... No protein left for us after the Chinese tour group left, only omelet and some ham that I got... Swimming pool isn't that clean

Modern, small gym available & pool also. Was able to sit around the pool and order some takeout while waiting 5 hours after checkout! Location was great for me as I needed somewhere close to the airport. Staff were very polite and kind.

Beds are a little hard, floor was dirty/had hair from previous people. My feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the floor in my room. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay with lots of things to do around the place then this wouldn’t be great. It’s very far from Bangkok city. I really didn’t enjoy the food at all, very basic, “kept warm” but was cold. I only had one night so no biggie really, but i definitely wouldn’t recommend a long stay here.

Great place close to the airport extremely clean. A few good restaurants close by. Room service very affordable. Smart TV. access to underground car park. I rate 10.

This hotel did not disappoint. The reception staff were great and very helpful. The room was spotless with all the facilities. When I fathomed how the shower worked, the water was hot. There's a very relaxing pool. Wish my stay was longer. Nearby I visited a very impressive temple with huge golden Buddhas

Some of the staff, apart from the reception, and mostly ladies, were very emotionally detached. I found this weird, considering their customer-focused role

Rooms could've been cleaner. Under my bed was very sticky and light switches had built up dirt on them. Also towels were lacking. My room had an ant problem.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and the hotel and its grounds were cozy.

The location was a bit far from everything, but that was known when we booked the hotel.

Had to move to another hotel as I had an early morning flight. The room looked spacious and comfortable.

I like they make beds every day. They also change the towels. The facilities are great.

No free toothpaste and toothbrushes. No utensils like spoon and fork.

Close to airport after long flight, staff helpful.

Toilet was leaking water Beneath the toilet and we had ants in our room.
